We use HSBC secure ePayments, which is a reputable, secure system to process all credit card transactions. In this way we provide you with peace of mind when shopping at Doggy Things.

For Cheques, please allow 5 working days for payment to clear

Order Cancellations and Changes

Please notify us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order.

If we have not despatched your order you can change sizes where available within 12 hours. Please send us an email confirming your change of size.

Returns Policy

If any one of your Doggy Things purchases fails to meet your expectations, we will exchange or refund your purchase on condition that you return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. Goods have to be in an unused condition and with the original packing.

Please include your returns form in the parcel. We ask for £3.00 to cover postage and packing to resend out your parcel and restocking fee.

Delivery

All items will be delivered within 48 hours if orders are placed before 1pm on the date of order and the goods are in stock.

For items that are out of stock we aim to deliver to you within 28 days and we will advise if we can do so sooner

Postage & Packing charges for orders of £100 or less :

• Standard Delivery within the UK - £3.95
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) - £4.95
• Courier Express (UK only) - £5.95
• Delivery addresses outside the UK - £7.95

Individual orders over £100 will not incur a delivery charge
